I've tried the Reshade SMAA add to the in game FXAA and it worked but did very little.so I uninstalled it. So I DSR up to 1440 and add the NV FXAA.which is the best I can do. Yes you can force NV to add FXAA to 'enhance' the programs settings.this will add to the FXAA in the game.to be honest, I think the NV FXAA works better than the FXAA in game so I turn the in game setting off.also as I'm sure you know turning down 'detail'' will produce less grass and tree branches, which is where I most notice it.kind of a 'glitter' effect that i hate.
